Puberphonia demystifying

Dr. M. Kumaresan Puberphonia demystified the statement by treating redirected phonation from larynx to pharynx.
The proposed concept of functional phonatory redirection postulates that successful treatment is achieved by redirecting phonation from a predominantly laryngeal mode of voice production to a physiologically efficient pharyngeal resonance pattern. This therapeutic redirection facilitates optimal vocal fold vibration, reduces unnecessary laryngeal muscle tension, and restores the natural adult voice without forceful pitch manipulation.
