Puberphonia boys need not be presented with a female voice, may have 10 qualities of voice as they try to hide the female voice. According to the first symptom enumerated by Puberphonia,

7.Not a strong manly voice: 7%

Dr. M. Kumaresan Puberphonia demystified the statement by treating redirected phonation from larynx to pharynx.

 The proposed concept of functional phonatory redirection postulates that successful treatment is achieved by redirecting phonation from a predominantly laryngeal mode of voice production to a physiologically efficient pharyngeal resonance pattern. Pharyngeal Voice

Rhotacism, the difficulty producing the "r" sound, is typically treated with voice therapy, focusing on exercises to improve tongue positioning, coordination, and palatal- uvula muscle strength. This may include awareness (uvula manipulation)exercises, visual cues (VR&AI), and training articulation drills, gradually increasing the complexity of the sound in words and treating puberphonia.

We have built an interactive app, “Puberphonia Kumaresan," a voice range pitch analyzer, and a clinical voice assessment app that can be freely downloaded at the Google Play Store. On registration and talking, it recognizes the pitch and gives the pitch value and interpretation, whether male or female range.
